PIPING CALCULATION
In this document you will find the necessary information to proceed to the calculation of refrigeration lines with which you will be able to know the minimum and maximum recommended cooling capacity for suction pipes, as well as certain recommendations.
This document shows the properties of the main secondary fluids, as well as the maximum recommended cooling capacity for the different hydraulic pipe diameters.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Seller, the following conditions of sale shall prevail.
The buyer acknowledges that INTARCON products are capital goods intended to integrate a refrigeration installation. To this effect, the purchaser undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation and to guarantee the quality of the installation, which in any case must be carried out by an authorized installation company in accordance with the regulations in force.
Orders shall be requested in writing and shall be confirmed by the seller by means of an order acknowledgement indicating the date of dispatch from the factory, subject to the right of waiver. No cancellations can be accepted once the order has been placed.
Prices include standard packaging for road transport, not suitable for sea transport.
Orders are shipped in ordinary transport with delivery of the product in Spain peninsular or peninsular port, in an accessible place on a truck, during the working day. Complaints about the delivery will only be accepted if they are stated in writing on the corresponding delivery note and are communicated within 24 hours.
No returns of material will be accepted unless expressly authorized by the seller, and in any case a percentage of not less than 10% of the sale price will be deducted as processing costs.
The data and characteristics contained in this catalog are provided as an indication, subject to change without notice, and to be confirmed in case of order.
The manufacturer warrants the goods supplied against any manufacturing defect or malfunction for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period the manufacturer shall cover at its expense the repair of the product at its facilities, the replacement of the product or the supply of spare parts for defective components, whichever is less burdensome and technically feasible. Expressly excluded from warranty coverage are the cost and taxes on refrigerant when the refrigerant is not supplied by the manufacturer in hermetically sealed appliances. The warranty does not cover on-site labor for product replacement or spare parts, nor indirect damage or consequential loss attributable to product malfunction. In particular, the manufacturer shall not be liable for the Fluorinated Gas Tax stipulated in Law 16/2013, emitted into the atmosphere as a result of a leak in refrigeration equipment subject to a tightness and resistance test by the refrigeration installer and to a periodic leak check according to Regulations 517-2014 on F-gases and Safety for Refrigeration Installations, RD 552/2019.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices shall be paid in cash. The Seller reserves the right to withhold delivery of outstanding orders if it becomes aware of risky circumstances for the fulfilment of outstanding payments.
The purchase and sale of INTARCON products is governed by Spanish law. Any conflict or dispute shall be submitted to the arbitration of law of the Chamber of Commerce of Cordoba. In case of disagreement, the parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucena (Córdoba).
INCOTERMS
The purchase and sale of INTARCON spare parts for export by parcel and without pallet, to Spanish territory such as the Canary Islands. The company assumes the costs of DAP (Delivered At Place), that is to say, direct delivery to the customer to his delivery address.
This implies that INTARCON will be in charge of the customs clearance at destination, as well as the possible fiscal and control implications depending on the type of goods sold.

For a more agile and reliable purchase process, it is recommended that our customers have or know the nameplate of their equipment. In it you will be able to consult the MODEL of the equipment and the SERIAL NUMBER, to order your spare part.

Most of the equipment designed by INTARCON incorporates standard spare parts. However, due to the great amount of special manufactures of our customers, they suffer a series of modifications for a correct operation in each one of the systems in which they are incorporated.
Therefore, if you purchase it elsewhere, your spare part may not be fully compatible due to the wide variety of models and components that we incorporate depending on the customer’s needs.
